Delivery Policy

Quick Delivery: We aim to dispatch and deliver your order to you as quickly as possible.

Delivery Method and Labeling: Your selections will be delivered to your door via Courier or if an international delivery via New Zealand Post International Air.

Delivery Times: We aim to deliver within 7 days if your item is in stock. All back orders will be delivered within 21 days unless personally notified.

Delivery locations: We deliver FREE to New Zealand

TAXES STATEMENT

There may be additional duties, fees or taxes raised by the authorities in your country. You will need to take care of them yourself when receiving shipment.

Return & Exchange Policy

We aim for all our customers to be satisfied with their purchases. Please note the following conditions of sale.

All of our products are handmade. Each piece differs slightly from one another, even if they are the same design. We see these minor differences as part of the charm and individuality of handmade products rather than defects.

We do not accept returned goods if you have simply changed your mind. But if the piece is faulty, please get in touch within 7 days of receipt and send the item back for a replacement or a refund.
